The Terms and Conditions relating to the products and services available from Pascale's Creations (also known as PH Fashion) are set out below.
When sending us your details we will ensure they are stored securely. They may be used occasionally when sending out promotional material from this website only, however, will never be passed onto a third party. You have the right to delete your account and your details will be removed.
Our made to measure service is offered to make bespoke garments to an agreed design, either provided by the customer or designed with customer input. During initial discussions a price will be agreed and a non-refundable desposit of at least 50% of the total will be required before any work is started. On completion of the dress and any necessary alterations the remaining cost must be settled on handing over the garment.
We reserve the right to alter the quote in exceptional circumstances, and it should be noted that changes in the requirements may result in a change of quote.
For alterations a price will be agreed before the work is done and should be settled before the garment is returned. A non-refundable deposit of any percentage of the total may be required. Following discussion with the dressmaker changes will be signed off by the customer and we will not be held liable if you then change your mind.
The dressmaker will take your measurements towards the beginning of the process for either Made to Measure or Alterations. There may also be further fit meetings, however, if your measurements change significantly we can not be held responsible if the garment no longer fits properly, and any changes due to this may incur a charge.
Special Offers and Discounts are made available entirely in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse to apply any of our discounts at our discretion. Offers may change or be discontinued at any time without warning.
Made to Measure items: We do not offer a return option for items designed specifically for you through our bespoke dressmaking service. A part of the dressmaking service offered is to make any necessary fit alterations until you are completely happy with the garment, and this will be included in the overall invoice. However, any changes to the design during the production process will incur a charge.
Alterations: If you are not completely happy with the alteration(s) made to a garment then we will endeavour to put this right. This is offered in cases where you are not happy with the alteration made, and any further alterations which are not included in the initial requirements will be dealt with separately. Once final payment is received for any alterations then the transaction is deemed complete and satisfactory. Any further changes will be considered an additional alteration and incur a charge.
Gifts: If you are not completely happy with the item(s) purchased we will refund you provided the items are returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within two weeks to the items being received by us.
We will normally hand deliver all items, whether through the Made to Measure or Alterations service. However, in certain circumstances this may not be possible and we will ensure secure postage of your items. However, should your items be lost or damaged during transit we cannot be held responsible.
The Terms and Conditions are govered by the law of England and Wales and any dispute relating to them or any service provided by PH Fashion shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
